Despite its star studded cast and hot topics of the time embedded deep within the story line, nobody expected the film to become the blockbuster that it would be, nor to have such a lasting mark on the film industry. While successful initially, the film became more successful years after being released, World War II came to an end, and people looked back at classical films of the era with a misty eye. All of these components [a good story line, stellar cast, and sentimental fan base] helped make this film popular and continue to grow in success. It is not too difficult to find a Casablanca movie print or a Casablanca movie poster; that is, if you do not mind one that is a newer reproduction of the original. On the internet, typing in "Casablanca poster" will bring up many result and all of them are offering affordable copies of the Casablanca original poster, posters of either star, or a short blurb about the movie itself. You might even be able to find a poster of Casablanca, the true Casablanca, if you are searching a site that sells pictures of the scenic/landscape type. But for those who are searching for an original Casablanca movie poster and do not want a Casablanca print of the original movie poster, they should expect a long search and a hefty price tag.
